These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Leads Calling website, notification services, and related offerings. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Get Leads Calling
Get Leads Calling provides software, reporting, campaign connection tooling, inquiry management, and related support for service businesses. Our services help clients connect and manage their Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and website lead attribution channels through software-enabled tools, reporting dashboards, and optional advisory or managed-support services depending on the client's plan or written agreement.
Get Leads Calling does not generate, sell, route, broker, or transfer leads. We do not guarantee ad performance, lead volume, rankings, or business outcomes. Certain services are software-enabled, advisory, implementation, or managed-support services depending on the client's plan or written agreement.
2. Services
Our services may include, depending on your plan or agreement:
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads connection, reporting, and inquiry management
- Google Search Console integration for SEO and search performance reporting
- Google Analytics 4 integration for website traffic and conversion reporting
- Website lead attribution and tracking tools
- Missed-call email and SMS alerts
- Website message notifications and team inbox
- Optional SMS notifications for opted-in users
- Account and billing notifications
- Integration support with field service platforms and CRMs
- Onboarding, setup, and ongoing support
Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and responsibilities may be described in a separate proposal, order form, or written agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Our services are provided to help clients connect, monitor, and manage their Google marketing channels. We do not guarantee specific ad performance, lead volume, search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current business information. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your business information is accurate
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Complying with laws and regulations that apply to your business
- Providing access to accounts, platforms, and tools needed to perform services
- Paying fees when due
5. SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages from Get Leads Calling (by checking the unchecked consent checkbox), you agree that we may send you SMS account notifications and customer care messages related to your Get Leads Calling service, including missed-call alerts, website message notifications, support updates, and account-related notifications.
The following terms apply to SMS communications:
- Default notification method: Email is the default. SMS is optional and only sent to business users who explicitly opt in.
- Consent: SMS consent is obtained through an unchecked checkbox that you must actively check. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and settings.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. You can reply HELP for help or contact support at letsgo@getleadscalling.com.
- No sharing or selling: No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent status will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
Users may opt in through our public SMS consent page or through the client dashboard notification settings where available.
6. Payments and Billing
Fees, billing schedules, setup fees, recurring fees, and payment terms will be described in your proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Recurring services are billed monthly
- Fees are due according to the invoice or payment schedule
- Late payments may result in paused services
- Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the cancellation terms in the applicable proposal, order form, or written agreement.
If no separate cancellation term is stated, you may request cancellation by emailing letsgo@getleadscalling.com. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already performed, active billing periods, or outstanding invoices.
8. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to your business, communications, privacy, and customer interactions.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as SMS gateway providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other software. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss, API changes, or decisions made by third parties.
If you authorize Get Leads Calling to access your Google account, we will access only the Google services and data associated with the OAuth scopes you approve (e.g., Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics). You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and may revoke it at any time through your Google Account settings.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Get Leads Calling owns its processes, systems, templates, internal documents, software configurations, methods, and pre-existing materials.
Client-provided logos, trademarks, business information, and other materials remain the property of the client. You grant Get Leads Calling permission to use client-provided materials as needed to provide services.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business, technical, or customer information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Leads Calling disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Leads Calling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data.
Get Leads Calling's total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Get Leads Calling for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Leads Calling from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your business operations, misuse of services, or breach of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
